Annual Return Form including Internal Auditor's Report (and External Auditor's Report where appropriate)
The precept is the element of parishioners' Council Tax that is paid to Thorpe Mandeville Parish Council.
Every year, the Parish Council draws up a budget and calculates how much money it needs for the next financial year. This is usually finalised at the November Council meeting and then a precept request is submitted to West Northamptonshire Council (WNC). WNC co-ordinates the other demands from such as the Police and thereby determine the rate to be paid from 1st April of that year. For the financial year 2022/23 the Parish Council precept amount is £3,000.
All expenditure is detailed in the Council's minutes.
