Village Defibrillator

Stuart and Charlotte Pickwick and David Wright

The village now has a public-access defibrillator, kindly donated by the Brackley based charity 'Do It For Defib'.
Situated by the village hall entrance, it is accessed by dialling 999 on your phone and inputting the code provided by the operator, so pen and paper may be needed. Opening the defibrillator will start the verbal operating instructions. Please take a look to ensure you know where it is in case of an emergency.
David Wright has kindly agreed to undertake the maintenance routine. David can access the defibrillator and being a former NHS responder, it is recommended to contact him as well as dialling 999. His phone numbers are 01295 711013 and 07557 140289.
The defibrillator will be maintained by the parish council and it is hoped to arrange a training session for parishioners early in the new year, coronavirus permitting.
